Lagos Liv’n Media LLC (“Lagos Liv’n,” “we,” or “us”) operates a Webflow marketing website and a Shopify-powered online store. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our websites, sign up for updates, shop, or contact us.
Information we collect
On our Webflow landing page, we collect the email address you submit, together with submission details such as time and source. When you use our Shopify store, information may include contact and delivery details, account information, purchases and returns, communications, device identifiers, and site activity. Payment and checkout information is processed through Shopify and its payment providers, as applicable.
How we use information
We use information to provide our websites and store, fulfill and deliver orders, handle customer service and returns, maintain security, comply with applicable obligations, and improve the customer experience. If you sign up for marketing, we use your email to share Lagos Liv’n releases, stories, and early-access news. You may unsubscribe through the link in our emails; essential order communications may still be sent.
Service providers
Webflow hosts our marketing landing page. Zapier transfers early-access form submissions to Klaviyo, which manages email subscriptions. Shopify powers our online store and processes store and checkout information; payment, fulfillment, shipping, and other service providers may receive information needed to provide their services. Shopify and advertising partners may also process information for analytics or personalized advertising, subject to applicable settings and customer choices.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our websites and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the sites, measure performance, and, where enabled, support personalized experiences and advertising. On our Shopify store, cookie and data-sharing preferences are managed through Shopify’s customer privacy features according to applicable regional settings. The Shopify store offers a data-sharing opt-out page for eligible visitors. Privacy controls on the Shopify store do not automatically apply to our separate Webflow landing page.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided in each message. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing. Shopify provides a data-sharing opt-out page at shop.lagoslivn.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out. To make a privacy request, email sales@lagoslivn.com; we may need to verify your identity.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our websites, providers, or practices change. We will post updates here and provide additional notice where required by law.
